Your focus will be on understanding their needs and helping to determine business expectations, designing the best solutions that fits their requirements. In addition, you will be in direct contact with representatives of the customer’s IT organization responsible for backend functionalities supporting digital channels.
The role
- Gathering business requirements and defining specifications for IT solutions and system’s implementation,
- Agreeing viable, end to end solution designs with customer’s IT representatives and proposing them and agreeing with customer’s business or product owners,
- Communicating with business and product owners, super users, UI/UX designers, architects, and developers, in order to understand the requirements and agree new solutions,
- Coordinating the timely delivery of requirements throughout the duration of the project,
- Creation of functional specifications,
- Verifying APIs against requirements,
- Identifying, defining and implementing configurations used by digital channels applications,
- Supporting front- and backend developers and testers in the software delivery process.
The requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT projects on a position of system analyst or solution architect combined with practical knowledge of the issues of digital channels transformation,
- Knowledge about Telco processes and industry,
- Understanding of REST and WSDL interfaces,
- Knowledge of headless CMS architectures,
- Knowledge of JIRA and Enterprise Architect,
- Analytical skills, deep business expertise in IT solutions and outgoing personality,
- Knowledge of SQL and UML,
- English language command at level that allows fluent, direct, written and spoken communication,
- Availability for rare business trips.
