You will be responsible for developing the strong market position of TUATARA through an effective sale of our business solutions for customers from the financial, telco, and utility industry. These solutions encompass products and services using strategic TUATARA resources in the following areas: Customer Experience, Digital Transformation, Process Automation, Analytics-driven Marketing and Cognitive/AI Systems. You will apply industry-specific knowledge and experience to bring new business and technology insights to clients. You will manage the customer relationship throughout the sales cycle and beyond to develop and maintain long term customer satisfaction.

The role

  • Opportunity and territory management, cost justification, acquisition management, services business management, and channel management processes (examples include but are not limited to),

  • Analyzing requirements of our clients, selecting appropriate solutions, demonstrations, client workshops and presentations, quotes and pricing, and other proposal development activities,

  • Maintaining demonstrated knowledge of competition's offerings, strategies, and plans,

  • Effective differentiation of our solutions from competitive alternatives and creating customer preferences for our offerings, based on that differentiation,

  • Effective negotiations with multiple levels of customer management, resulting in the successful closing of the sale,

  • Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs,

  • Active acquisition of new customers,

  • Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with new and existing customers,

  • Leading the entire sales process from lead generation to signing a contract, including active participation in preparing offers, conducting negotiations and agreeing on terms of cooperation,

  • Cooperating with other team members to identify new sales opportunities and address them with the right offers,

  • Cooperating with the technical teams and product managers to build appropriate value propositions for clients,

  • Participation in preparation of sales materials,

  • Cooperation with the Marketing Team in planning and coordination of marketing activities.

The requirements

  • Ability to apply creativity and judgment to complex opportunities,
  • Successful track record of building pipeline and growing territory, as well as managing multiple sales-related activities daily in B2B sales of digital products and IT business solutions,
  • Ability to successfully work in a team matrix, leveraging and managing extended team resources,
  • Ability to present and articulate the differentiated value of given solutions compared to competitors in the market,
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
  • Passion, "can-do attitude", natural ability to establish good, positive relationships with people,
  • Experience in cooperating with international markets will be an advantage.
