The role
- Building and management of project team – responsibility for projects scope, allocation of resources, useful information flow and communication within the team and organization,
- Building and sustaining positive relations with the projects stakeholders – clients and contractors,
- Close cooperation with the owners of individual business areas within the company. Related to proper selection of project resources,
- Project budget, risk and schedule management - achieving specific project goals per the schedule and estimated costs,
- Managing the process of cost control of entrusted projects,
- Delivering individual stages of projects by accepted standards and ensuring high quality of provided solutions,
- Keeping project documentation.
The requirements
- At least 5 years of practical experience in running IT projects, including projects based on the Agile methodology,
- Experience in running IT projects on the supplier's side,
- Experience in implementing large projects by the Scrum methodology,
- Excellent written and spoken command of English,
- Excellent organisational skills, time management and planning,
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills, conflict resolution / difficult feedback,
- Business-oriented way of thinking, characterised by a holistic approach - orientation not only on goals but also on the business environment,
- Knowledge of the construction and design of IT systems,
- Excellent knowledge of tools supporting project management (MS Project, MS Office, Jira),
- Willingness for frequent business trips.
Your nice to have experience and skills:
- Experience in working in an international environment, especially with clients from The Middle East,
- Experience in telco business,
- Knowledge of various project management methodologies; PMP Certificate, PRINCE 2 Certificate, Certified ScrumMaster®.
