The Solution Architect will play a key project role in creating optimal solutions for the client's needs and supplier's capabilities. You will have a real impact on the project by selecting appropriate technologies and tools and identifying the scope of work for a development team.
The role
- Designing solution architecture and product configurations,
- Support and consulting in terms of selection of optimal solutions and technologies,
- Management and support of the implementation steps, including carrying out training and preparing documentation,
- Active support of sales and marketing activities (including presentations, preparation of content for marketing materials, compiling conditions of sales offers),
- Maintaining long-term business relationships with customers and technology partners.
The requirements
- Experience in positions of solution architect or business analyst in complex and vast IT projects,
- Good practical knowledge of high-tech solutions in the following areas: Portals, BPM, ESB, CRM,
- Familiarity with architectural standards,
- Good command of Java/J2EE,
- Knowledge of SQL and database solutions,
- Familiarity with UML,
- Cooperation and communication skills supported by practical experience,
- Excellent teamwork skills and commitment,
- English language command at the level that allows fluent, direct communication,
- Availability to frequent business trips,
- Fluent Polish is a must.
Your nice to have experience and skills:
- Knowledge of the following solutions: IBM BPM, IBM ODM, IBM WebSphere Portal, IBM Integration Bus,
- Experience in implementing projects dedicated to banking or telecommunication industries,
- Practical familiarity with Agile methodology,
- Knowledge of GIT, JIRA, Bitbucket,
- Knowledge of Enterprise Architect,
- Knowledge of CA solutions.
