You will be responsible for the development and market positioning of TUATARA's own product: Actionbot. It is a multichannel AI-based digital assistant, addressed mostly to the large companies.

The role

Actionbot represents a mixture of conversational tools and RPA to improve the customer experience on various channels. It extends typical bots' functionalities with different forms of automation like interaction with digital forms, navigation or issue solving.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • creating buy-in for the product vision,
  • developing product positioning strategies and translating product strategy into detailed requirements,
  • be tuned to the market and gather requirements and expectations of customers with respect to our product,
  • discovering new product’s opportunities by combining customer feedback and analysis to identify areas where we can leverage our core technologies, strengths and market leadership,
  • conducting market research and competitive analysis to help determine product directions,
  • working closely with sales director on product sales strategy,
  • preparing product roadmap definition and near-term and long-term product strategies,
  • preparing return-on-investment analyses of product,
  • predicting product defects and develops solutions to problems, anticipates risks and develops appropriate mitigation plans,
  • planning and managing of product development budget,
  • developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, through consulting and advisory on product’s implementation, its opportunities and functionality,
  • working closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources,
  • working closely with sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process by supporting sales meetings with customers, showcasing solution's capabilities (demos),
  • supporting the team in conducting prototypes, PoCs or preparing demos,
  • cooperating with business development and sales – an active participation in preparing offers, conducting negotiations and agreeing terms of cooperation.

The requirements

  • proven work experience in related product owner job (IT sector preferred),
  • proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle,
  • ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executives,
  • experience in management consulting and transformational delivery; experience in areas of Customer Experience and Digital Channels will be an asset,
  • strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done,
  • skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization,
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  • good understanding of underlying technologies,
  • passion, "can-do attitude", natural ability to establish good, positive relationships with people,
  • fluent English,
  • experience in the development and implementation of chatbots or other IT solutions related to customer experience will be an asset.
