Junior Project Manager

WHO’S NEEDED

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager who already has experience in project management and will lead end-to-end projects, ensuring quality, timeliness and communication with the team and clients.

WHAT’S THE JOB? 

• Planning, managing and coordinating IT projects,
• Creating schedules and monitoring the progress of work,
• Managing the project team and supporting the achievement of goals, 
• Maintaining client relationships and reporting on project status.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS: 

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience, 
• Ability to work with Agile/Scrum methodologies, 
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, 
• Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, MS Project).

APPRECIATED SKILLS: 

• Certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master), 
• Knowledge of English at B2 level, 
• Ability to analyze data and create project reports. 
• Participation in projects using IBM solutions, such as Watson, FileNet or Business Automation Workflow.
