WHO’S NEEDED

WHAT’S THE JOB?

• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and propose the best solutions.
• Analyzing business processes and designing solutions using IBM Business Automation Workflow.
• Prototyping processes and screens.
• Collaborating with the project team in the implementation of automation processes.
• Developing and implementing architectural solutions for key system functions.
• Participating in the work of the development team, including verification of compliance of the developed software with functional requirements.
• Participating in the testing and implementation of the application.
• Taking care of the scope of the project and the implemented functionalities.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Familiarity with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) and other IBM automation family tools.
• If you have experience with IBM CaseManger, FileNet or IBM BPM products then this offer is also for you.
• Experience in business process analysis and IT architecture design.
• Ability to design and implement solutions.
• Experience working on large digital transformation projects.
• Ability to work in a team environment and ability to communicate with clients.
• Experience in the insurance industry will be an added advantage.

APPRECIATED SKILLS:

• Skills in creating attractive and visually consistent user interfaces (UI).
• Technical experience in configuring IT systems.
• Ability to analyze integrations using SOAP, REST, GaphQL.
• Willingness to visit the Warsaw office.
• Familiarity with architecture based on OpenShift/Kubernates platform.
