BPM Developer
WHO’S NEEDED
You will join the team responsible for automating the business processes of our Polish and international clients to whom we provide solutions that are key to achieving their business goals.
WHAT’S THE JOB?
You will be part of a development team, working in the area of Business Process Management and Integration. You will support project teams and develop practical skills using the following technologies: BPMN, Java, JavaScript, ESQL, XSLT, SOAP/REST, WebServices. One of your main responsibilities will be to automate and optimize work, processes and tasks for our clients. Your professional development will also be related to the use of IBM Cloud Pack for Business Automation. Don't worry if you are not an expert yet, you will have the opportunity to develop and improve your skills over time. In our daily work, we focus on the independence, knowledge and responsibility of individual team members. Therefore, we will provide you with the full support of our seniors, architects and leaders.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Knowledge of BPMN notation,
- knowledge of XSLT and XPATH,
- knowledge of JavaScript and basic UI building skills,
- experience with a version control system such as GIT,
- knowledge of SQL language,
- knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP,
- knowledge of English at the level to analyze technical documentation,
- very good teamwork skills and commitment,
- willingness to work in an international environment,
- knowledge of CI/CD tools.
APPRECIATED SKILLS:
- Knowledge of workflow solutions such as IBM BAW, Camunda, Bonita, or other workflow solutions
- knowledge of databases: MySQL, Postgres, Oracle or NoSQL tools like Elastic,
- knowledge of web technologies (e.g.: HTML, JavaScript, CSS),
- knowledge of Java programming language,
- knowledge of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions or document repositories,
- Experience with microservices and application servers (WildFly, IBM Websphere, etc.).
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Open Shift,
- fluency in English and Polish,
- university degree in computer science (completed or in progress).
