Business Analyst

WHO’S NEEDED

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting our clients in the effective implementation and management of business processes, working closely with both the client and the development team. The work includes remote support and regular visits to the client, especially intensive during the first months of the project.

WHAT’S THE JOB?

• Working remotely and directly at the client's site.
• Understanding the client's business needs and communicating effectively to ensure operations are in line with expectations.
• Gathering, analyzing and documenting functional requirements.
• Prototyping processes and screens
• Developing detailed documentation on work products.
• Defining how requirements are implemented on the BPM/Case Management platform.
• Participating in the work of the development team, including verification of compliance of the produced. Software with functional requirements.
• Ensuring that implemented solutions meet established criteria and standards.
• Supporting the team in managing functional changes and overseeing the project scope.
• Participate in defining the scope of testing, verification, and impact on product acceptance.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Experience working in a similar position, preferably in the IT or consulting industry.
• Knowledge of BPMN notation and ability to model business processes.
• Experience working with BPM/Case Management platforms.
• Ability to think analytically and solve problems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data using SQL, for example.
• Very good knowledge of Polish language.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to learn and develop.

APPRECIATED SKILLS:

• Skills in creating visually appealing and consistent user interfaces (UIs).
• Technical experience in configuring IT systems.
• Ability to analyze integrations using SOAP, REST, GaphQL.
• Willingness to visit the Warsaw office.
