WHO’S NEEDED

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to join our project team, who will be responsible for comprehensive management of the testing process in a project for a public sector client. The person in this position will play a key role in ensuring the high quality of delivered technology solutions and overseeing the entire testing lifecycle - from planning, to test execution, to results reporting. Has experience from at least 2 projects involving the construction and implementation of an IT system, with a project value of at least PLN 1 million gross each. Has a certificate confirming the ability to manage tests at an advanced level, e.g. ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager or equivalent.

WHAT’S THE JOB?

• Manage a team of testers and coordinate software testing activities.
• Develop test strategies and test plans in line with project requirements.
• Supervise the execution of functional, integration, performance and non-functional, migration, reliability, security tests.
• Monitor test progress, identify risks and take corrective actions.
• Collaborate with development teams, business analysts and the client to ensure compliance with requirements and deadlines.
• Prepare test results reports and present results in front of the client.
• Performing manual, automated, regression, performance, security, integration, DR tests.
• Verifying audit reports performed by external parties.
• Conducting tests with the client and being present during the tests (location: Warsaw).

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Very good communication and ability to work with customers, especially in the public sector.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in the field of software testing, including at least 2 years' experience in a management position.
• ISTQB Certifiicate.
• Experience working with test automation tools and test management systems: Selenium/ Playwright, JMeter, SoapUI/Postman, LitmusChaos, SAST/DAST testing tools e.g. Gitlab Ultimate, JUnit, IS.
• Experience in building automated regression tests for Frontend and Backend software.
• Knowledge of integration mechanisms, WebService, REST, GraphQL.

APPRECIATED SKILLS:

• Knowledge of regulations and standards applicable to public projects will be an asset.
• Strong willingness to automate all elements.
• Meticulousness, punctuality.
• Knowledge of OWASP TOP10, OWASP API SECURITT TOP10, ASVS.
• Experience working in an OpenShift containerized environment.
• Experience in testing CASE, BPM solutions.
• Experience with IBM Cloud Pak For Business Automation, IBM Business Automation Workflow, IBM FileNet.
