WHAT’S THE JOB?

• Ongoing maintenance of company infrastructure
• Creation and maintenance of IT process automation using tools such as ArgoCD, Ansible, Terraform or Jenkins
• Administration of Linux systems and vSphere virtualization environment
• Monitoring, optimizing and troubleshooting the IT infrastructure
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline CI/CD processes
• Maintaining and optimizing Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters
• Managing application infrastructure in cloud platforms

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Advanced knowledge of Linux systems and the Kubernetes/OpenShift platform
• Experience in process automation (e.g. Ansible, Terraform, kustomize, ArgoCD) and GitOps approach
• Practical knowledge of virtualization (VMware vSphere) and containerization (Docker, Podman)
• Ability to manage infrastructure in the “infrastructure as code” model
• Ability to create automation scripts in languages such as Bash or Python
• Practical knowledge of working with cloud platforms
• Excellent teamwork skills and commitment

APPRECIATED SKILLS:

• Good knowledge of network configuration (VPN, routing)
• Knowledge of databases: Postgres, Oracle, MySQL, Redis, Elastic
• Knowledge of security issues, system and application monitoring
• Knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP
• Knowledge of Tekton / OpenShift Pipelines
• Knowledge of Jira server administration
• Knowledge of HTTP server administration
