WHO’S NEEDED

Join our product team, which specializes in developing advanced applications, including chatbots, based on generative AI and LLM. Your main task will be to test and maintain these solutions to ensure their reliability and effectiveness. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients and gain valuable experience working on international projects. WHAT’S THE JOB?

• Collaborate with the customer and the project team
• Creating test strategy and reporting results
• Developing test cases and scripts
• Conducting different types of tests
• Creating and updating test documentation
• Preparing test reports
• Recording test results, reporting incidents
• Analysis and handling of errors reported by the client

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing
• Proven experience in min. 3 QA projects
• Experience in creating test procedures and processes
• Knowledge of the software development cycle and IT knowledge
• Knowledge of English at a level that allows free communication with the client and analysis of technical documentation
• Very high teamwork skills
• Responsibility, self-reliance, willingness to interact with clients
• Ability to work in a Scrum environment

APPRECIATED SKILLS:

• Experience in testing chatbot solutions
• Knowledge of UI (Cypress, Playwright) and API (REST/SOAP) test automation tools
• Ability to work with Jira, Git, IBM Watson, ChatGPT, LlamaIndex tools
• Experience in generative AI testing
• Knowledge of business and system analysis
