AI Governance in banking: our first steps in partnership with the Banking Technology Forum
We organised the first post-summer Technology Breakfast with the Polish Bank Association. During the meeting with the banking sector, we raised significant issues related to AI Governance. We discussed the practical aspects of managing artificial intelligence and showcased technologies that support regulatory compliance, including the AI Act.
The discussion during the presentation demonstrated the importance of responsible management of artificial intelligence and the challenges to be faced. At TUATARA, responsible management of artificial intelligence is the foundation for safe and successful implementations, especially in a regulated environment.
AI is now one of the critical areas of many companies and institutions, so as part of the ZBP Banking Technology Forum, we will be actively involved in the AI group. We see the massive potential of AI in the context of process improvement and personalisation of banking services. We are happy to share our experiences of the first AI implementations in the banking sector and are keen to support other organisations in this journey.
