A comprehensive online compensation service
SOSiR will provide a full online handling of all matters related to the reimbursement of paid compensations and benefits. This concerns road accidents caused by individuals who did not have a valid third-party liability (OC) insurance or agricultural third-party liability insurance. The availability of the online system will provide victims with greater freedom and ease of claim processing.
The system will also offer services for insurance companies, enabling them to handle claims settlement thoroughly. It will utilize functionalities available in public systems, such as the PESEL registry, Contact Data Register, SI CEPiK, National Nodelogin.gov.pl and the e-Court system.
The project is being implemented under the European Funds for Digital Development – FERC.02.01 Action for High Quality and Accessibility of Public e-Services.
