The technological world of the leasing industry
During the debate, Krzysztof emphasized the importance of technology in leasing services, as well as the fact that cognitive technologies and AI can make a large part of the customer’s journey easier, from selecting commodities at the shop to finding financing and collecting goods.
What we see in the technology development, is that we are moving away from a rigid process modelling as we have done so far. Once there was a BPM system – we modelled this process for ourselves step by step, every scenario, every possible decision. Today, technology allows this process to be increasingly more flexible and AI-driven. Which, from the customer’s perspective, gives the impression of being much more natural. Krzysztof Goworek

Krzysztof also mentioned how banks and leasing companies should utilise e-commerce experience to ensure that the entire process is as clear and simple for the customer as possible, ideally entirely within a single digital space – for instance, in an online shop’s website or an auto showroom.
