The goal with designing the app was to deliver a state-of-the-art mobile app that will have advanced user interface integrated with the back-end. Thanks to that solution, the onboarding process is fully digitalized and customer experience is held on an exceptional level.

Mobile application’s features 

Thanks to the Omantel mobile app, their clients are able to activate SIM or eSIM cards online, choose the most suitable mobile plan or verify their identity thanks to the Machine Learning and recognition techniques.

The app is a convenient way to pay your bills, but it also allows you to pay someone else’s bill – in order to do that, all you need to know is the phone number of that person. It offers the product advice by suggesting personalized products or services based on information provided by clients.

Additionally, the app allows to recharge the client’s account or to top up someone else’s account.
