Several successful implementations of Actionbot were highlighted. In Generali Poland, almost 98% of conversations occur without the involvement of a consultant, saving 120 hours of work per month. For the University of Silesia, Actionbot automates formalities and can even issue certificates. Tomasz has shown the importance of context in effective communication and showcased the benefits of utilizing context data, such as historical purchases, to recommend complementary products.
ChatGPT + Actionbot – a revolution in AI chatbots
A specific implementation example was demonstrated with ARI, a fashion assistant created for LANCERTO. ARI can identify the product a customer is looking for, recommend matching products, and facilitate the entire transaction process.
The best was saved for the last part of the presentation. A demo of Actionbot’s integration with ChatGPT was showcased. Thanks to this combination, the chatbot can now act as a versatile advisor with domain knowledge based on LANCERTO’s blog or selected websites. Also, ChatGPT allows ARI to become even more natural and helpful for the customer by becoming much more human-like.
